Lee Ann James, CCIM
Lee Ann James, CCIM is a Director with Lee & Associates Nashville, known for her extensive experience and expertise in the retail industry. As the proprietor of E.W. James & Sons Supermarkets, Lee Ann has a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the retail investment landscape. With a career spanning 25 years in the retail sector, she brings unique industry insights to the Lee & Associates Retail Team.
During her tenure as the leader of E.W. James & Sons Supermarkets, Lee Ann had the responsibility for managing the company’s real estate leases, build-to-suits, acquisitions, remodels, and divestitures. Her proficiency on both sides of the retail real estate equation makes her an invaluable advisor to retail investors, and retail tenants searching for successful new locations.
A native of Tennessee, Lee Ann holds an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School and Management and received a Bachelor of Science in Business administration from the University of TN, Knoxville. In her spare time, Lee Ann is an avid explorer, having conquered the summits of Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Everest’s Base camp. She cherishes moments spent with her family and indulges in outdoor activities such as time on the lake, snow skiing, hiking, scuba diving and is also a private pilot.
Lee Ann consistently adds a unique value proposition to each of her clients, graciously sharing her strong work ethic, integrity, extensive industry knowledge and ‘get it done’ mentality with everyone she serves.
Miller Chandler, CCIM
Miller Chandler, CCIM is a Director with Lee & Associates, bringing experience in commercial real estate, as well as a background in small business to the role. Miller transitioned out of corporate wellness and his work as an exercise physiologist in 2018, as he began to take over the daily operations of his family’s commercial property portfolio in Springfield, TN, later becoming Managing Partner. He became a licensed affiliate broker in 2020.
In 2023, Miller and his partner at Parks Realty, Lee Ann James, moved to Lee & Associates Nashville to head the retail team. Chandler James Retail Team (CJRT) focuses on all aspects of retail commercial real estate, serving both tenants and landlords, as well as buyers and sellers of property across Middle Tennessee.
Miller’s early career was in health and wellness, giving him specialized understanding of fitness-related concepts, from small “boutique” fitness to 20,000 SF health clubs to indoor swim academies. CJRT also has an affinity for food-and-beverage concepts, and to this end, is a sponsor of Nashville Restaurant Radio.
Miller earned his CCIM designation in 2024 and is an active member of the Middle Tennessee Chapter. In 2025, he was elected to serve on the Chapter’s Executive Board. A lifelong Tennessean, Miller is a second-generation real estate professional and a fourth-generation commercial property owner, giving him a well-rounded perspective as both an owner/landlord and a user/tenant. No matter which role he plays in a transaction, he approaches every deal with the professional standards and integrity that define a CCIM.
Miller lives in the Bellevue area of Nashville, where he loves spending time with family and friends, working out, volunteering, and visiting retail businesses, old and new, all around Music City!
Meagan Glazier
Meagan Glazier is an Associate at Lee & Associates Nashville, where she specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing. She brings a strong background in investment acquisitions and asset management, having represented both institutional and private investors throughout her career.
Meagan began her real estate journey in Southern California at Lee & Associates’ San Diego office. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in real estate and finance from the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business and the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate—an academic foundation that uniquely positions her to help clients maximize asset performance and long-term value.
In November 2024, Meagan joined the Nashville office, bringing with her experience across a range of property types, with a particular focus on Retail and Industrial. Known for her strategic approach, she combines market insight with a strong command of financial modeling to support her clients in making informed, growth-oriented decisions.
Meagan, alongside her partners Lee Ann James, CCIM, and Miller Chandler, CCIM, co-founded the Aviation Commercial Real Estate Team, specializing in aviation-related real estate assets. The team represents both corporate and individual clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of aviation-focused properties.
Meagan is dedicated to delivering results with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of personal service, always tailoring her work to meet the unique goals and vision of each client.
