As a commercial real estate broker, I’ve come to appreciate how rare and valuable it is to work with companies you genuinely love and trust. Whether it’s navigating a multi-million-dollar transaction or simply dropping off your dog for her first haircut, trust is everything.
Today, I had the chance to experience this firsthand—on a very different kind of client visit. I took my sweet pup Luna to Pooch Playhouse in Spring Hill, TN, for her very first grooming appointment. Like any protective dog mom, I was a little nervous. But walking through their doors, I immediately felt that same sense of confidence and professionalism I look for when recommending service providers in my own work.
The team at Pooch Playhouse—part of Newbury Franklin Pet Services—was incredible. Welcoming, attentive, and genuinely excited to meet Luna (who is now a fluffy, fresh-smelling queen, by the way). It wasn’t just a grooming appointment; it was a full-on positive experience for both of us. Their care, attention to detail, and the love they clearly have for animals reminded me of the kind of service I strive to provide every day in real estate.
